Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards. However, please be advised there is a discount for cash.
Do you prescribe pain medication including narcotics?
We do not prescribe Narcotics or Amphetamines
Do you bill insurance?
We do not bill insurance. We can, however, provide you with a HCFA form to submit to your insurance provider. This does not guarantee reimbursement
Do you do sports physicals?
Yes, we do sports physicals. They are $25.
Do you perform CDL and DOT physicals?
Sorry, we do not.
Does your office manager give guitar lessons?
